Aquarius June 3 – Progress

Hello Aquarius, and welcome back to TenPaths Tarot. Today you have some beautiful energy in your cards. You are going on a very constructive path. You have been working on yourself, and this is showing. If you continue going in the same direction, it’s looking good.

The first card we have is the oracle card, and it is Culmination of Vision. And so this indicates that there has been a cycle where you have been looking at your future and considering the direction you want to go. The tree indicates growth, so you have been growing during this process. The figure is looking out at what she wants. Butterflies indicate personal transformation.

However, this card is this is showing fall [autumn], so it is the end of a constructive cycle, and winter will follow. There may be a slow-down in your energy for a time, but after winter comes spring, and then you can start back up again. But don’t think that that little bit of slow-down is a dead end. It’s a natural pause in movement. And that is what the cards are trying to tell you.

Let’s look at your recent past. And it starts out with the Hierophant, or the Divine Child. And here we see someone looking at the world with the eyes of a baby. Everything is new to them. They’re starting to notice everything around them and the wonder of it all. The toddler looks at the paint. He doesn’t know that it’s paint–that you’re supposed to do something with it. He just appreciates the colors and the textures. Everything is a path for transformation.

And then comes The Bear. Now here we have a period of hibernation. This is the winter. Your dreams, the spirals, are outside. You’re trying to decide when it’s a good time to come out. When you come out, you will be leaving behind old ways of thinking. You may have had some preconceived notions about things, but you’ve decided to shelve those. You’ve had thoughts about how your life should progress, and you’ve decided to shelve some of those too. You will be coming out of that cave and moving forward.

Next comes The Phoenix. You came out of this stronger and better. You rose up and took wing. And so this was a very constructive period of looking at yourself, at past actions, and at past behaviors, and considering how you would like to move things forward in the future. And it has left you in a much better state.

And with The Moon card, you are asking for Spirit’s guidance. You are surrounded by water, which represents love. So there is love all around you. The moon–Spirit–is encircling you. You may feel somewhat isolated because this transformation has left you almost feeling as though you’re a different person. In a way, you are. You’re a better person; a better version of yourself; a stronger version of yourself.

Now we’re moving into your current energy with the Queen of Cups. The queen still has a small amount of development to go. She has plenty of love to go around,  but sometimes she needs to rein it in just a little bit. Sometimes she can overwhelm others with love. You can see the little wound on the surviving sailor’s shoulder. She is giving him way too much love for this minor injury. This is a card of someone who wants to fix everything. When they see something wrong with someone, or someone having a minor problem, they give so much love that you would think they were dealing with a major issue.

Then we have the Queen of Pentacles. So you have two queens; two very strong energies! Pentacles is our daily life. You can see the bounty spilling from the cornucopia, and it looks like things are growing naturally. This is a card of thanksgiving; of appreciation for the things that you have here on earth.

And so this is how you’re going into your current energy. You have lots of love for the world. You see the good in most things. You see that you have ample things here on earth to work with to make your dreams come true. And now we’re moving into the direction that you’re going–sort of the end result of this energy cycle.

Here we have the Knight of Cups. More love. This person looks like he wants to radiate love to the world. The cuneiform writing on his body makes me think that he’s trying to now merge his thoughts with that new feeling of love. Perhaps he used to think in different ways, and now that is changing. He wants a constructive change, and he wants to continue moving forward. A knight is someone who moves forward.

And then we have The Emperor. This is very strong energy. Now, this is someone who has decided they have a plan, and they expect it to materialize. Spirit often gives us a little caution at the end of most of the readings, and this emperor comes in that position. I think what the message here is that the emperor is very strong. He has gained so much ground. He knows how all the rules work. He makes the rules now. But it can be so headstrong that he plows everyone else under.

So you might need to calm that energy down. As you gain strength emotionally, physically, mentally, and materially, that may leave you feeling a little cocky, Like, “I can do what I want. No one can stop me.” But then you may decide it’s your way or the highway, and this might undo some of this wonderful progress that you’ve built.

This could also be considered as that approaching winter. The Emperor looks a little frustrated. He sees his plans. He wants them done now. But it is not the time yet. This may be that pause, that winter, and a caution to quiet one’s self during this lull in activity. This subdued period probably won’t last long, but it may leave you feeling a little frustrated because you have been moving forward so constructively and so rapidly, and then that suddenly stops. But it is really a natural pause, and we must honor it.

Use that time to reflect upon all the growth that you have attained. And it is a lot! This shows much growth and just fabulous energy. Just ease into this period rather than push against it. Spring and additional gains will soon arrive.

And that is Spirit’s message for you today, Aquarius. This is beautiful. You have really been working on yourself, and you have really transformed yourself. And you’re now in the process of spreading your love, so that others can benefit from it. Just honor that pause when it comes. And don’t let it, scare you. And don’t try to plow through it. Just ease into it and let it flow by.
