Hello Virgo, and welcome to TenPaths Tarot.
I’d like to start the reading by asking Spirit to give us four cards.
And the first card is the Queen of Wands. Wands represents our deepest desires; our dreams; our hopes. Also that fire energy needed to make those dreams and hopes come true.
We also have the Ten of Pentacles and the Emperor.
All of these are very strong energies.
The fourth card is a weaker energy. It’s the Knight of Cups.
Overall, this is someone who feels like their dreams have largely come true. Life has been very promising. Many dreams have come to fruition, but now they are looking a little bored.
The Queen of Wands is looking a little bored, too. Even her cat looks bored.
With the Knight of Cups, we see a ram in the sky. The ram is usually a sign of forward motion, but today it’s standing still.
With the Ten of Pentacles we have a comfortable energy; and the person looks somewhat satisfied.
And then we have the Emperor. More satisfied energy. He looks around, and he bears the sign of an eagle, a symbol of strength and focus. The emperor is still holding onto a wand. He’s living in a comfortable space that has grown up around him in a very controlled way.
I’m getting the impression that there’s a desire for some spontaneity. The seahorse shown in the Knight of Cups represents dreams and magic, but the knight driving that dream forward looks as though he’s being very careful not to spill his cup, which can represent emotion. Maybe he’s afraid of becoming too emotional, for fear of disrupting all of the bounty.
The cup can also represent balance, in the sense that water is the source of life here on Earth
The knight is afraid of spilling so much as a drop. Meanwhile, the seahorse, which needs water to survive, is being denied. So the dream is standing still.
