Pisces 2024 04 02

Hello Pisces.

The first card that jumped from the deck is the Knight of Cups. And then we have the Eight of Swords. The third card is the Four of Cups and the last card is the Ten of Wands.

The first thing I’m noticing here is that we have a lot of tension. Something is going on and you are worried that something bad will happen. The reason I say this is because here we have the Knight of Cups. Knights mean forward motion, but this knight holds a cup and seems very concerned that the water inside might be spilled. Water represents love and also the essence of life, since water nourishes us all.

The knight rides a charger in the shape of a seahorse. The seahorse, representing dreams, wants to go, but it belongs in the water, so it’s not making much progress. Between the struggling seahorse and the careful knight, there’s little forward movement.

It could be because the individual has too much on their mind. We’ve got the Eight of Swords, and when you see this many swords above someone’s head, they’re very worried. Disturbing thoughts keep interrupting their sleep. They keep going over the same things over and over again.

But the person depicted could escape this cycle. She is barely bound, and could shake the ropes wrapped around her body away. Then she could take off her blindfold, turn around, and focus on the tower behind her. She would see there is no obstacle in her path.

Maybe she has learned to give up, and that is why she is not escaping.

We then have the Four of Cups. This man could get up and walk somewhere; do something.

Spirit reaches out and says, “I want to give you more. I want to give you more love. I want to make you feel more fulfilled.”

But he says, “Nah. Nothing’s going to happen for me. I’m busy thinking about these other things. I’ve put my dreams on hold and haven’t nourished them, to the point they’re all dying.”

And his dreams seem heavy to him, as indicated by the bulky, leaning trellis in the Ten of Wands.  

The man says, “I’m not sure I want to carry all of these dreams. I’m not so sure I want to put out the effort to move forward.”

So this is someone who’s really stuck. So if you’re feeling stuck, this reading might be for you.
